Ashpelt was having a nice time, he had caught two mice and a bird he has not seen before, but it was good hunting for just two cats before leaf-fall,"Thats was great Lightningstar we should bring it all back to camp you lead this time..follow our scents back' he added to the end just so she wound get lost..well he didn't actually know how much she knew so ito him it felt like mentoring.

Lightningstar nods, her head in the air and her eyes closed, sniffing the air. She waves her tail at Ashpelt to follow her as she walks back to her clan, her paws lightly touching the leafy ground, her prey dangling from her mouth and her muscles moving her streak like lightning.

Ashpelt follows but his mouth is full, he cant speak and if he did he is not sure if Lightningstar would understand him. He sniff the air and he was happy hat she was heading the right way.

Once Lightningstar walked back into her camp, she puts her prey on the fresh-kill pile, picks up a mouse and walks towards her den. She lays down on her bedding in her den and starts to eat her food slowly. 'I have to say that im starting to get to know my territory well and thanks to Ashpelt.' She thought as she curls up into a tight ball to sleep.

Ashpelt walked back into camp, he put the fresh-kill down, he was happy with today and was glad that he helped the new leader, but something trouble him, he saw Blossomflower running past him straight to the leaders den.
Blossomflower walked fast knowing that Lightingstar and Ashpelt just came back, she ran remembering the dreams or omens he had when Mossstar was still a leader,"Excuse me Lightningstar may i spake to you", she asked as she stood in the leader entrance.

"What is it Blossomflower?" She asked as she streatched, her muscles making her yellow streak move like lighting. She gives her chest a few licks when she sat down then looked at the she-cat with concerned eyes.

Blossomflower walked in and found place to sit down, then looked the new leader in the eyes,"I wanted to talk to you about an omen i dreamed out twice when Mossstar use to be the leader", she waited then began to tell her how the omen went, "i feel cold all around like snow or chilling wind and i can always hear this kit...yowling in the distance ,i really wanted to help it, and the kit sounded destresed, so i started running trying to find the desperate call.And as i try to get to the kit, I feel like I'm freezing, my paws, whiskers,nose mouth everything being in caved in ice, and that im also starving like i haven't eaten for days, I keep running tough. And as soon as I can see the shape of the kit i jump awake....", she remembered every moment of it..it as hard, and she still does not know if it means this leaf-bare will be hard, or a kit will appear..she just does not know.

Lightningstar listened in worried and amazement. "Hmm, it sounds like it can be anything but we have to make sure that there is a kit who will be hungry when leaf-bare comes. Thank you for telling me this Blossomflower, I'll tell Ashpelt to also keep an eye out. " She said with determination as she looks at the medicine cat.
OOC. if im wrong about Blossomflower's status, my bad

Blossomflower nodded,"And we should also prepare for leaf-bare this omen could also mean a hard leaf-bare",she stands up and dips her head to her leader, then sets of to gather herbs..she was worried about leaf-bare.

Lightningstar sighs and lays back down. She started to wonder what Blossomflower's omen really ment. 'She could be right. It could be that a kit is lost and abanded but it also means that this leaf-bare will be hard and long' She thought as she closed her green/hazle eyes, thinking about the omen.

Ashpelt watched Blossoflower run out again..and out of camp he decides to see what is wrong but later, he picks up that bird he has never seen be for, but looks like a black bird, and eats it peacefully.

Lightningstar walks outside of her den, her muscles buldging out from under her pelt and streak. She sees Ashpelt eating his fresh-kill. She walks over to him, her tail swishing from side to side. "Ashpelt, I need to talk to you." She said with solem eyes.

Ashpelt sees his leader walking toward him and keeps eating but she says she needs to talk to him, he takes his last bit and stands up liking his lips cleaning his muzzle,"Okay ill follow you to your den", he shakes his long pelt which gets many things like leaves and stick stuck in it and walks of following the leader.

Lightningstar sits on her moss beeding with Ashpelt sitting in front of her. "Blossomflower told me an omen she had even when Mossstar was leader, she said that she felt very cold and heard a kit crying, she felt like she hasn't eaten in a while and when she sees the kit's outline, she wakes up. I want you to be aware during this leaf-bare for a kit or this might be a tough leaf-bare ok." She said as she looked at the huge, grey tom.

Ashpelt listen, he has heard of this..well kind of, before, he listen his ears pricked, and he nods at her request,"OF course Lightningstreak, ill look about in case of a kit, and i guess Blossomflower is preparing for Leaf-bare and we should too", he tries to look calm but if she keeps having them he knows something will happen.
