Barkpelt winked at her before the jump, that was his answer, but as he flew in the air, he saw the she cat turning around, he knew that pain might come to his stomach, but she did not hit that hart. He fell to the ground but catch him self. Barkpelt then ran straight at her but last minute jumped in the air flipping and as he did his front claws scraped her back but his nails didn't actually touch her. He smiled, lauighing a bit, but watching, he would see what her next move would be.

Irisbreeze wasn't expecting Barkpelt to surge toward her like he did and 'rake his claws' down her back, but that was always her mistake. The tabby always underestimated her opponents, but hopefully this 'battle' would help her to remember not to in future, when it would really hurt. So while he was still gliding over her, she twisted her top half around, so that she was on her back legs and landed a blow on Barkpelt's head. Bringing her paw down on his forehead, not gently, but not hurting him either. Probably just stunning him for a second while she spun around to face him, a smile on her pretty face.

He was not hurt one bit, as a it he use to bump his head in many places, and run in to things, her 'hit' was lost like nothing. as he smiled he heard a hare running in the background but did not get distracted, he made t seem like he did and then fake jumped really he hopped up and landed on his back sliding closer to her, he then hit his back legs on her chin, he hoped he didn't do it hard, but really he wasn't even sure if he hit her or a tree branch as his eyes where closed.

The dark tabby's sensitive ears heard the rabbit in the background, but she didn't flinch to see where it was, she was going to win this little scuffle, even if it wasn't that important. Irisbreeze did look because it seemed that Barkpelt was searching for the rabbit, of course, she was wrong yet again. She'd never been wrong so many times ina row, today she was just not doing well. Anyways, when Barkpelt slid under her and kicked her chin, she shook her head and bit down on his tail. Not too hard of course, but he'd know what she was doing. Letting go of his tail she twisted around and put her paw down on his chest and opened her jaws around his throat, but didn't bite down. Stepping off she looked at him.
"You've gotten better, but you still need some practice."
Irisbreeze broke the silence quietly, her issue was that being so close to Barkpelt had made her feel weird. Just different to what she normally felt, it had shaken her up pretty bad. Her heart had sped up. That never happened to the tabby. Shaking herself she picked up her prey.
"We better get back to camp."
The dark eyed tabby said quietly.

Barkpelt thought he would win this, but he got distracted by this thought and didn't twist back around, instead Iris bit his tail, and put her paw on his chest ready to bite his throat which he knew would not happen. He smiled at the female, Barkpelt was panting, and his heart was beating fast not just because of Irisbreeze but also because of the fight. He stood up, '' You on fair and square'', he smiled, and nodded as she said they needed to go back to camp. Barkpelt picked up his prey and starred to trot after Irisbreeze back home.
