First of all, where are the rules and info boards? This is very important, how are people going to know what to do. This will really help your site so people don't do anything bad.
Second, you should make boards and categories for each clan. This will help make more space for roleplaying. Sign-up boards should also be the same, just one board and then everyone post their characters there. Then when they are accepted it will get moved into each accepted clan board. Also, whne you make boards for gatherings and the moon pool, you should name them after the place, not whats happening. People should be able to roleplay there no matter what character their using. So gathering would be 'Fourtrees' or 'The Island' and the med cat stuff would be 'Moonpool' or 'Mooncave'.
