Barkpaw
I could here what they where saying and i was getting more upset, so to hear more info i got a Bird and brought it to the med cats and the sick,"Her its for you guys" i set the bird down and then sat on my bumb to listen.

I sighed not sure what to say, and tyhe diped my head when Barkpaw brought food for the sick that was a good thing of him to do,"Irispaw, keep trying, they can not die its your kin and my kit'' i said it witha lot of emotion.

Dahliapaw sighed and gave Irispaw more herbs, Irispaw didn't open her mouth or anything, she was breathing really shallow and she wasn't stirring. Pnicking Dahliapaw shouted to Icestar. "Get me some moss soaked with water quickly!" Her heart was tearing slowly and painfully. She knew Irispaw was going to die now. It was too late anyway, but she still had to try. "She's gone downhill too quickly!"

He heard what Dahliapaw said and ran acrass the clearing to the medecine cat;s den and diped a moss ball into the little pudle then ran back and handed it to Dahliapaw, his heart was racing will jhis love surb=vive.
Icestar
Icestar was about to turn around when Barkpaw booked it before her, he came back quickly, she just hope Irispaw would survive.

Dahliapaw took the moss and dabbed it across Irispaw's body, to cool her fever down consderably, then she dripped the water into Iris's mouth. Irispaw automatically stirred and her breathing deepened, Iris's body shook with coughing but at least she was moving. Iris automatically turned to the kit lovingly and tried to warm her by licking her fur the wrong way.
Dahlia sighed and watched Iris dismayed. Iris couldn't care less about herself, it was all the kit.

Eagletalon``Fighting to keep this empty heart afloat.. [/font] The warrior was silent for a moment after his sister had asked him to patrol the borders. His green eyes flickered to Irispaw for a moment, and with a nod he made his reply to his sister. 'Of course, Icestar, may I see Irispaw before I go?' Before waiting for a reply, his found his paw carrying him to his apprentice, from the look of it Irispaw's condition wasn't getting much better and the only thing she worried about was that kit. Eagletalon found himself frowning as he brought his head down to Irispaw's head, swiping a lick between her ears. 'Hey! Stop scaring everybody you, remember we need brave warriors with little furry noses like you.'
A grin fell across the tom's maw, as he swiped his tail gently against her shoulder. It was then he nodded to Dahliapaw, and started off after his brother to do the patrol. 'Ready to scout about for some spies, brother?' The spirit in Eagletalon's voice was so vivid it was hard to believe his own apprentice had whitecough. But, he had to remain faithful to his clan duties and do as his leader asked.

Irispaw
If cats could blush... Irispaw would be blushing like crazy. In embarrassment? A little. In pure... what was that? Oh well, Irispaw didn't know. She instantly stopped licking the kitten when Eagletalon licked her between the ears. She mumbled a slightly embarrassed, "Sorry." Why? Did she even know? Guess. Nope. She purred a laugh when he made the comment about the furry nose warrior part. But all that ended up in was a spasm of coughs. She let herself go to her side, sighing she decided not to move. It took too much energy, and energy was what she needed to get well. She was glowing when Eagletalon left, contented she finally went to sleep.
Dahliapaw
Okay, what was it with Irispaw? Barkpaw liked her, Eagletalon... did he like her too? It seemed like it. Dahliapaw dipped her head to the tabby tom warrior, as he left. But he couldn't keep coming in here, or he'd catch it. "Eagletalon? You do know you're not supposed to come in here, right? You might catch it and we don't need that." She mewed after him. Irispaw laughed then ended up in a spasm of coughs, Iris's spirits already seemed to be lifted, but what about the poor kit? Dahlia couldn't do anything more than had already been done. She could only do the same thing. It wasn't fair, she didn't want anyone to die. She sat down and watched the two sick cats, with attentive eyes.
Ooc. Oh dear he <3 her? Poor Barkpaw.

She whent out searching for Barkpaw she needed him to ask Irispaw or The medicine cat what they needed for herbs ,"Barkpaw! Barkpaw! i need to to ask the medicine cat what she needs for herbs to treat the sick." it was a order.
Barkpaw
Barkpaw went straight to Icestar and nodeed,"Of course" he then trotted to Irispaw and Dahliapw and asked," What do you guys need for herbs i can help fetch them'' he was hooping around in excitement.
Angelkit
Angelkit was very uncomfortable with fever and coughing, all she wanted to do was curl up in to a ball and sleep.

Ninjapelt looked at the sick kit and apprentice and said She might not live long. After what had just happened, there was a very big chance of Irispaw going to starclan. She knew that she didn't want her to go, but it was up to irispaw if she would go to starclan, and Ninjapelt hoped she didn't.
Firepelt looked at his brother and nodded. Yes, I am ready. lets go. He padded out to the forest, and looked back for Eagletalon. He smiled and groomed his coat, even though it couldn't get messy becuase it was so short.

Dahlia was mortified. If there was a big chance of Iris going to StarClan... Dahlia couldn't even begin to think what would happen with her. And what about Angelkit? She was already further into the fatal illness than Iris, if Iris almost definitely would die then the kit.... oh, poor Icestar. Seeing that the kit just wanted to sleep but could not due to the coughing, Dahlia got some poppy seeds and honey to soothe the throat and make the kit go to sleep, catmint was also added into the mixture; just in case. Then Barkpaw asked Irispaw what they needed, uh, wasn't Dahlia the medicine cat apprentice here? Anyhow Dahlia answered anyways. "We're running low on Catmint, Honey, Feverfew, Poppy Seeds and Honey." Dahlia mewed thoughtfully, that was only part of the list but the poor apprentice couldn't remember and carry all of the herbs they needed, that would be death by drowning... in herbs. She then turned to Angelkit and eased Poppyseeds into her mouth, hoping the kit would chew them with the Honey and go to sleep. Just then Iris stirred, Dahlia couldn't bear to look at her. She knew what was written all over her face, and etched into her body language. Freight, dismay, sadness- all rolled into one. That was just too heartbreaking to even glance at. A sudden anger rose up in Dahlia; the old, slightly acid sureness and perseverant attitude made her turn to Ninjapelt and snap. "Iris won't die. Neither of them will die," It was just wrong to say that someone would die, when they were in the same space, hearing distance. That was something she would not allow. "We will do all we can and it will be enough to save them." Dahlia almost collapsed with the weight of her intensity. She didn't feel strong anymore, just hopelessly hopeful.
Iris was aghast with the news that she most probably would join StarClan, Angelkit would be left here all alone, without anyone to properly take care of her. Poor Dahlia would go into depression without her always-in-trouble, outgoing, funny sister. Okay, that was exaggerating... if only a little bit. But was it really such a sin to feed your own ego? It seemed a crime just to say such a thing but anyways, back to the present. Dismay and sadness was written all over her face at Nijapelt's words. Oh, yeah she'd just been asleep but the sound of someone giving up on your chance of living was scarcely something to sleep through. Iris couldn't die. She'd never- No one had thought- Iris was just someone who didn't die. Hearing her sisters words she quickly agreed. Sounding as strong as she felt, her voice betrayed her by cracking and ending in a coughing spasm but she did feel alot stronger, after Eagletalon and Dahliapaw's little snippets of free strength given to her. "I will get better, and so will Anglekit." She added firmly to the end of Dahliapaw's little rant of hope. |

Icestar heard Ninjastar but could not believe what she had to say, "I would not allow Irispaw and Angelkit to go..." Her voice was said, and she new she could not stop starclan wish.
Barkpaw
Barkpaw whent straight to the forest, some how he knew the herbs because Icestar thought some of them to him, she said once both the medicine cat and her apprentice died, and so the clan had neither...once long ago from her old clan so now Icestar always techaes some of the clan cats some of the herbs, Barkpaw trotted close to where some twoleged place was and grabbed mouth full of herbs and went back to camp happy to have helped.
"Back and happy to have help" He walked straight to where the sick was and put the herbs down.
Angelkit
Angelkit ate the medicine that Dahliapw gave her, and fell asleep fast, but she trembled in her sleep, coughing too.

Irispaw was rapidly getting better, stubborn cat that she was, if someone told her she could do it, she doesn't bother cause everyone knows she can but if someone says she can't... it's a whole different story. She's just desperate for challenges. The fever had gone down, and the coughs were gone. She had just dive bombed in a plane and pulled straight up an inch before she crashed. Her joints and muscles were stiff, and she was left weak by the sickness but she was mainly better. She was still sad for the kitten though, that poor little kitten.

Dahliapaw thanked Icestar and then sat down. She had to answer honestly, she was brimming with excitement yet her happiness was shoved back down by the thought that the Kit and made no such recovery like Irispaw. "Well Icestar, Irispaw's fever has gone, her coughs are gone and all that was the illness has disappeared. But Angelkit... has made no improvement." Dahliapaw wanted to cry, she really couldn't do anything for this kit, it destroyed her that she couldn't save something so small.
