I wandered gracefully through the woods just moseying around. Soon I scented a river. Food. I thought immediatly. I was hungry and I knew how to fish so I did what any cat would do...I fished. I had no idea that this was someone else's territory...

The tabby she-cat wondered threw the woods, her best friend decided to stay back at camp. She looked around, her large ears could tell a cat was near by, she called out like most would, ''Any one here?''. She started to look around, her yellow orbs could see a grey cat, she ran up to him and knocked him over, ''Ha''.

I yoweled in surprise and kicked out with my back legs. "Get off of me! Or..or...or..." I stammered. It was a she cat and a pretty one at that. I looked at her. Why she was the most beautiful thing I've seen in a while. "Who are you?" I asked dreamily, staring into her golden eyes. My tail flicked back and forth and my eyes glowed. She was so pretty and that was the only thought that was in my mind.

She felt him kicking but did not let go, her orange paws held his chest down a grin on her face. She noticed as he stopped squirming, its like he was hypnotized by something, ''Well Im Poppyheart, i hear your the new cat?''. She slowly got of him and sat down, her large fluffy ears moving from side to side, she found him handsome, but Poppyheart did not know if she needed a mate or another male figure right now. She shook her head and scuffed his right ear, ''Wake up.. what are you looking at?''. She wondered if this male was a player but for now he seemed fine.

"Poppyheart, what is it?" Lightningstar called out to the young she cat. She watched as she ran off somewhere then she decided to follow her. Her grey pelt shining in the sun's light through the trees making her coat look like its made from silk. Her yellow streak moving like lightning itself during the feirce storm. She stopped running when she sees a tom under Poppyheart. "Who are you?" She asked as she waved her tail, telling Poppyheart to get off the tom.

I shook my head and then became into a trance once more when another she cat appeared. She was very pretty too and apparently in charge. "Thank you for calling your warrior off. I'm just wandering..." Looking for a home. I added silently. "I'm no threat to you unless your looking for trouble." I said with a slight hiss. I cocked my head standing up."My name is Blizzardstorm." I raised my head proudly at my name. I really liked my name it described me well. I puffed out my chest and looked at the two she cats wondering which one was prettier. I liked the gray with the yellow lightningbolt but then again Poppyheart looked as if she already liked me...

The she-cat looked as her leader came after her, it seemed as if Poppyheart was always the one to be getting in trouble when she was trying to do the right thing, she sighed and dipped her head, ''Sorry, but i think he wants to join Lightningstar!''. She waved her tail in the air now standing, her orange/amber eyes filled with dreams, ''Our clan would GROW!''. She looked at the male and back at Lightning, it seemed as if he was looking at the two she cats in a more serious way. But she let it go and started to surround the male, her tail now under his chin, ''Are you here to join sir?''. She giggled and sat back down, curling her tail, she liked a flirt here and their, Shadowmist had taught her a lot, ''Cute name''.

Lightningstar sighed slightly as Poppyheart started to flirt with the new cat. She knew that Shadowmist taught her that and it amuses her. "My name is Lightningstar and im the leader of Grassclan. If your looking for a home, your welcome to join Grassclan. You see, we need more cats in order to have warriors, apperentices, kits and elders." Lightningstar said, hoping that she got him after mentioning about having more kits. She may be leader but she is great with purswaying others without them knowing.

I chuckled as Poppyheart started to flirt with me. "Why yes ma'am. How did you know? I've been wandering around these parts lookin' for a home." I said. I swept past her my tail tip touching her nose. Then I turned a little more seriously toward Lightningstar as Poppyheart had called the gray she cat. "Yes I'll join GrassClan. My mother told me stories of the original Clans...I never knew they still excisted." I said a little in awe of both the realization that the Clans still excisted and how she cats were already flirting with me.

A new member, this was nice, though their clan was being over ruled, now, mt toms, it was fine by her, maybe not Blossomflower, she was having problems with Thistlefur. She smiled though and tried not to giggle as his tail though her nose. But she hugged her leader and the tom, licking his cheek, Poppyheart was always so sweet, why do you think she had heart in her name, ''Im so exited, a new kitty!, should i show him camp !? or Shadowmist? maybe Ashpelt?''.

"Umm, not to be mean Poppyheart but i think i should show him around. You can help getting his bed ready in the warriors den. Make sure you get the finest moss that you can find." Lightningstar said as she turned around. She stopped and turned her head at Blizzardstorm. "Follow me." She said as she started walking off slowly.

I grinned. "Ok. So how many Clans are there now?" I asked. I walked along with her, closely my pelt touching hers every now and then. I loved her gray pelt and the unqiue lightningbolt on the side of her pelt. I finally decided that something was different about her. I really liked her. I looked all around. This place was really beautiful and so was the she cat next to me but I was too shy to tell that to my new leader.

The she-cat rolled her eyes and started to walk away, grumbling as she did, now that Poppyheart though about it there was something going on between the tom and her leader, she did not thing it was natural but what can she do. But the tabby walked to the forest and started to scrap moss of the trees, soon he had the perfect ball and walked in to the warriors den where Shadowmist was there, ''New cat don't ask''. She started to make his bed, soon it was a perfect circle, so perfect she could not believe it, she sighed and rubbed her head, ''Done''. Shadowmist smiled and licked his cousins head, ''Nice job Poppy.''

Lightningstar noticed that his pelt was touching hers and she felt her face heating up. "Five. The olds clans died out because of humans. The few remaining cats from all four clans moved here and started five new clans. Nightclan, Iceclan, Grassclan, Featherclan and Ivyclan. Some of the clans have very few cats while Iceclan has a lot like a normal clan has. the other clans try to find kittypets and loners and ask them if they would like to join our clan. This river is part of Grassclan. This is were we get fish and water to drink." She said

"Oh cool." I took a drink from the river and caught a glimps of a fish. I struck out a paw curving it upwards, throwing the fish on the bank. I walked over to it and picked it up and dropped it in front of Lightningstar. "Here. For you." I said a little shyly. My eyes gleamed and I looked into her eyes.
